Always store at room temperature. Freezing cold temperature can cause fragrance to turn cloudy or form a white layer on the surface of the liquid. Incase this happens, shake fragrance well and leave to settle for a few hours at room temperature. This is normal due to the absence of alcohol & won't affect your olfactory experience in any way.
